When not planting flowers or editing website photos at BWF, she can be found eating enchiladas or lounging in a hammock with her husband and daughter. She loves gardening and getting her hands dirty at work and home.

Jessica, Office Manager
Jessica began her career with BWF in February 2000. Among a plethora of other duties she’s the one that sends out the e-mail newsletter and updates the Facebook and Twitter statuses.

Rachel, Lead Designer
Rachel joined Ben White Florist in April 2008. When not arranging beautiful masterpieces, she can be found cooking yummy gluten-free vegetarian meals with her partner, David, who shares her love of coffee and Indian Food. As an animal lover, she enjoys taking her dog, Mortimer, for walks and playing with her kitties, Martha and Penny. As an Indiana native, she misses intense thunderstorms, normal highway systems, and Kurt Vonnegut. So it goes.

Mallory, Designer / CSR
Mallory joined the staff of Ben White Florist in June 2010. When she’s not playing with beautiful flowers, you can find her getting her degree at Texas State. Loves: Eric, dahlias, her two dogs, whiskey and good plate of spaghetti!

Lora, CSR
Since starting in June 2010, Lora has been slowly falling in love with every flower, customers, and employees at BWF. Lora is a full-time student who gets excited about most things; Jonathan Safran Foes novels, thunderstorms and good Vietnamese food. You stay classy, Austin!

Nick, The Rose Man
Nick aka: “Monkey” is an invaluable addition to the working machine that is Ben White Florist. He comes in several times a week to process all of the incoming fresh cut blooms and keep the shelves and machinery stocked and in proper working order.

Eric and Chance, Drivers Extradornaire
Eric livened up our team in September 2006 & Chance joined the ranks November 2009. Both gentleman are kept rather busy delivering your fresh flowers all over town. When not at work Eric performs with his band, hangs out with his wife and kitty, Mr. Fabulous.
Chance enjoys playing the drums, hanging out with his wife and two doggies.

Misty, Shop Kitty
Our shop kitty was born many moons ago and has grown into a mature and experienced cat. Independent and private, Misty is always defending her property from other street critters. She loves girls but is a little wary of men, especially if they are wearing cowboy boots. Rolling around in the dirt or sun bathing on the side porch, she is happy to receive any complimentary petting.
